BTCaregivers -- Caregivers of brain tumor patients

About BTCaregivers
English (USA)

The Brain Tumor Caregivers Group was established so that the caregivers of brain tumor patients would have a place to come and talk to peers who truly understand what caregivers are going through. We are all caregivers to brain tumor patients or have been caregivers to brain tumor patients. Caregiving, while an all-consuming and stressful job, is often said to enrich people's lives. We are a group of brain caregivers who at the same time have the blessing and burden of caring for a brain tumor patient. This group encourages people to table their thoughts, their frustrations, their anger. Remember, we have all been there and maybe one of us will have the answer to help you Although some list subscribers have professional backgrounds in different areas (including medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, law, psychology, etc.), this list is not intended as a source of medical, legal, or other professional advice. Although subscribers are encouraged to share their personal experiences and observations, please do so with the understanding that each person is responsible for making his or her own decisions about health care and other important issues.

The list facilitator and other Board members and/or volunteers from T.H.E. BRAIN TRUST remind you that any information distributed through this online community is not medical advice. The BT Caregivers Support Group is not intended to be a substitute for medical care, or to be used as a way to diagnose or treat any medical problem. If you or someone you know has symptoms that might indicate any illness, please contact a health care provider.
